While there are medicinal uses for some natural drugs (such as medical marijuana), their use still inevitably interferes with clarity and clouds the Law of Attraction, so use them sparingly if at all. It doesn’t mean you have to become a hermit and live in the woods somewhere (although that certainly wouldn’t hurt on a temporary basis), but you do have to stop living the disconnected life of typical consumers who are addicted to processed foods, alcohol, television, drugs, video gaming and other things.

I don’t claim to be perfect in my own habits. I still eat meat when traveling (but never from mammals such as cows or pigs), and my diet isn’t as raw as I would like. I also spend way too much time sitting in front of a computer, but that’s a necessary choice I’ve made for engaging in online education and article writing. But like you, I’m always striving to make my diet and lifestyle one step better, and by doing that I’m constantly moving into higher states of vibration that naturally augment the power of my intention.

How to Eat Healthy…

And Do It Without Willpower

  1. Eat breakfast – make it a habit.  Set up the plates etc. on your kitchen counter before you go to bed (we all know that “morning minutes” fly by!)
  2. Avoid vending machines – take your snacks with you. Carry nuts, carrots and celery in ziplock bags.
  3. Avoid drinking sodas – wastes your calorie allocation. Avoid even zero cal ones, sugar replacements are generally not good for your health.
  4. Drink plenty of water – take a water bottle with you. Thirst is often mistaken for hunger.
  5. Reduce portion sizes. The size of plates has increased over the years, so we are actually eating too much, so use smaller plates.
  6. Increase your consumption of vegetables – make vegetables account for at least 75% of the space on your plate.

How to Drink More Water

If you become dehydrated your body goes into “protection” mode. When denied any vital nutrient your body cries out for help, although these signals are often misunderstood (like thirst disguised as hunger). If you are dehydrated your body may slow down your metabolism in an effort to retain as much water as possible for survival. This slows down your fat burning which make it more difficult to lose weight.  So, the answer is to drink plenty of water (of course, pure filtered water is best).

How do you do that? Try these tips:-

  1. Drink 1 glass when you wake up.
  2. Drink 1 glass after you clean your teeth after breakfast
  3. Drink 1 glass mid morning
  4. Drink 1 glass before lunch
  5. Drink 1 glass with lunch
  6. Drink 1 glass mid afternoon
  7. Drink 1 glass when you get home from work
  8. Drink 1 glass before dinner
  9. Drink 1 glass with dinner
  10. Drink 1 glass after you clean your teeth in the evening

I also leave a glass of filtered water in my bathroom overnight, so I can drink it if I get up during the night.

This lifestyle program for busy moms is a comprehensive guide to what’s arguably the most widespread, challenging and frustrating issue faced by moms today: how to get their pre-baby body back. For almost all mothers the changes their bodies incur during pregnancy coupled with the countless responsibilities that motherhood bring spell trouble for regaining their pre-pregnancy figure.

I’m sure you’ll agree there is no shortage of fitness, diet and fat loss products on the market today. What’s Actually Included?

There’s a quick section on getting started and goal setting along with some morale-boosting advice on how to stay on track throughout the program, and then it’s straight into an action plan to get you started on the path to burning baby fat and getting your body back.

The Supportive Nutrition Plan is next – this is particularly helpful! Every conceivable nutrition issue is covered, from how often you should eat to what you should keep in your pantry. And on top of that, it includes a ‘Create a Menu Planner’ to guide you in creating every meal to support your success.

Not only is this e-book packed with sound practical advice and the whole thing is laid out in a very logical and easy-to-understand format, but it comes with a Quick Start Guide to make sure you start acting (and seeing results) fast.  The tone of Fit Yummy Mummy light and non-threatening (no scientific terminology here!) and it proceeds in a logical manner from step to step, with plenty of photos and descriptions to ensure that you are doing everything right.

Troubleshooting

In my opinion, one of the best parts: a follow up e-mail coaching series from the author  that keeps you on track, gives you daily fitness tips and even healthy recipes.  While most moms have the best of intentions, staying on track is tough.  This follow up e-mail coaching series is the perfect solution.

The Verdict

Regaining their pre-pregnancy body is a daunting task for most moms, but the author’s personal experience and hands on work with over 250 moms is pretty reassuring; and she certainly knows how to break it down for even the most exercise illiterate. Obviously the ability to look inside a living body without cutting is an achievement not to be understated.  However, it is still radiation exposure.  Remember that the technician wears protective clothing and operates the machine from behind a shield and wears an exposure indicator.  Of course, their exposure is much more likely (and on a daily basis). Still, I think it’s sensible to limit your exposure as much as possible.

This wasn’t always so!  When I was offered tap water as a kid I didn’t enjoy it much, later as an adult I tried all types of bottled water and mineral water – I wasn’t keen on those either! Eating Fruit – Get The Timing Right For Your Health

We generally think eating fruit means just buying it, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It’s not as easy as you think. It’s important to know how and when to eat.

What is the correct way of eating fruit?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUIT AFTER YOUR MEALS!

FRUIT SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

FRUIT IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT FOODS.

Let’s say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.

In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil….

So please eat your fruit on an empty stomach or before your meal! You have heard people complaining – every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet etc – actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!

Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will NOT happen if you consume fruit on an empty stomach.

All fruits become alkaline in our body, there is no such thing as acidic fruit. According to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter.  If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruit, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice – drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don’t even drink juice that has been heated up. Don’t eat cooked fruit because you don’t get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!
