What do I do if the pendant is broken?
The SE Pendant may break or chip if dropped or knocked against a hard surface. Glue the broken parts together using a strong adhesive and continue wearing. The pendant is still functional although its efficacy might be slightly reduced. You may also return the broken pendant with its original Authentication Card and have it replaced at a reduced price at your nearest stockist centre.

How soon can I expect to see an improvement with the SE Pendant?
Most people feel an instant boost of energy after wearing the SE Pendant. Others experience a more gradual improvement in their energy levels over a period of time. Users can feel an increase in stamina and endurance. The SE Pendant also helps relieve pain, aches and various discomforts e.g. joint pain, headache, stomach ache, etc. The extent of improvement varies among individuals and depends on the severity of the problems. Unlike my friends who felt great after using the SE Pendant, I felt a little dizzy when I first started wearing it. Is this normal?
Yes. While most people feel great, some individuals may experience some initial discomfort like head heaviness, light dizziness, chest tightness, etc. If this happens, remove the pendant and try wearing it for only a few minutes a day, then gradually extend wear time over a couple of days/weeks. Alternatively, try placing the pendant in your pocket below your waist. After a few weeks, you can try wearing the pendant around your neck.

Initially I felt great but the beneficial effects have somehow worn off after wearing the SE Pendant for a few months. Why is this so? What do I do?
Please do not be alarmed. This only happens to certain individuals. If you feel that the pendant has somewhat lost its efficacy after wearing it for a long time, stop wearing the pendant for a week and then resume. This should enable you to enjoy its benefits again.

Should I stop using the SE Pendant once my health has improved?

Does wearing two SE Pendants give me better and faster results?

Will long term usage cause dependency?
No, the SE Pendant can be used continually. However, once you have stopped using it, and continue to be exposed to various health damaging factors e.g. stress, pollution, radiation from electromagnetic waves (mobile phone, radio, computer, television, microwave oven, wireless network, etc.), sedentary lifestyle, poor water quality, poor diet and much more, you will feel the ill effects of these factors gradually returning.

How do I energise my drinking water using the SE Pendant?
Easy! Just place the SE Pendant underneath a glass or container filled with clean, boiled/filtered water. Wait for at least 20 minutes for every 500ml of water. However, a better way to energise your drinking water is to use Hexagon Water Filter System. The SE Pendant is great for when you travel or are away from home. Energised water can also be used for washing, bathing, watering the plants and as pet’s drinking water.

Should I place the SE Pendant into my drinking water to energise it?
No, that is not necessary. The SE Pendant has the ability to energise water without coming into contact with the water itself.

What is the difference between the SE Pendant and Hexagon Water Filter System? Don’t they both break down water molecule clusters?
Both work well to reduce water molecule cluster size.
