Dr Oz recommended have a slice of wholegrain bread dipped in olive oil 10 minutes before meals. It’s full of nutrients and gives you a feeling of fullness over a period of time which will reduce your hunger and allow you to reduce portion sizes.
Tips:
- Organic wholegrain bread is best
- Choose extra virgin olive oil
- Limit yourself to one slice
- Eat it 10 minutes before mealtime to give time for the “fullness” message to be relayed to your brain.
- Actually reduce the portion size of your meal!
