		<description>Another great sweetener is cacao. I can&#039;t get over the ignorance of people these days and how they think they are machines that can consume anything. Yet, these same people don&#039;t feed soda or junk food to their pets because it&#039;s &quot;people food&quot; as if they think people have evolved into a super species. Great post!</description>

		<description>I am such a big fan of xylitol as a sugar alternative! It&#039;s all we use in our house. My husband reacts very strongly to sugar so we&#039;ve had to all but cut it out. He&#039;s even sensitive to high sugar fruits like bananas and almost all cereals...we do a lot of oatmeal with xylitol for breakfast. Great tips on how to avoid sugar, especially paying attention to how much water you&#039;re getting. I often find that when I&#039;m craving something sweet I&#039;m actually thirsty and a little dehydrated. Two glasses of water takes care of it.
