Detox Programs, Do They Work? – Part 6 – Whole Body Energy

Continuing our 7 Part Information Series – How to Detoxify Your Body.

Body Energy

Part 6
Think about your whole body energy…

Like all matter, the human body is not just made up of physical and chemical structures, it also has subtle energy fields known as bio-energy.  Bio-energy is crucial to life. A body without energy = death. Our brain activity is powered by electrical impulses. Our food is converted into energy for every cell in our bodies to use. Every nerve impulse in your body is an electric current. Every cell in your body is a mini-battery. When healthy, your cells pump out 70-90 millivolts.

To achieve and maintain vibrant health, we must protect our energy frequency and flow (or circulation) throughout the body.

To attain and maintain vibrant health, we must protect the vital bio-energy flow throughout our body which should be free-flowing, and in perfect vibration or frequency.

Any disruption or imbalance to the bio-energy pathways or “vibrations” can lead to disharmony, making us prone to ill health and diseases.

Unlike any other time in history, we are now subjected to toxic electromagnetic smog or electromagnetic frequency (EMF) from electrical wiring and gadgets (mobile phones, computers, radio and television, microwave ovens), radio frequency, wireless, transmission towers, etc all of which can weaken and disrupt the body’s bio-energy field. EMF pollution is all around us and completely unavoidable. EMF affects our cells energy levels, causing lack of energy, poor concentration.

So what can we do? Use an energy pendant with Far infrared, Negative Ions, Scalar Energy and Germanium.

What health benefits are there to using an energy pendant? As it turns out, they are many – AND THEY ARE PROFOUND, including:-

  • Eliminate and nullify the effects of man-made frequencies in the human body
  • Increase the energy level of every single cell in the body to the ideal 70-90 millivolt range
  • Improved circulation facilitating better blood flow for better oxygen and nutrient delivery, and for more effective toxin removal.
  • Strengthens your body’s bio-energy and increases your energy levels
  • FIR causes the water molecules to vibrate, resulting in the breakdown of their cluster size. Some toxic gases, including carbon dioxide, or heavy metals like mercury and chlorine are easily trapped in large water clusters in the body.
  • Consequently, trapped toxic waste gases and other toxic materials are released, and ultimately flushed out of the body.
  • Together with the improved circulation, reduced water cluster size in the body will result in improved cellular function, better energy and vitality.

Are you suffering from Magnetic Field Deficiency Syndrome? There is scientific evidence that the earth’s magnetic field is diminishing, this along with interference created by power lines, electrical wiring, home appliances, computers means we may no longer be “in tune” with the magnetic frequency we need to maintain good health. Given that our cells function like mini-batteries, the disruption in magnetic fields affects our cells’ ability to transport life-giving oxygen, nutrients and white blood cells to nurture and heal, while carrying away toxins and wastes. Magnetic therapy can restore and rebalance the proper charge to your cells so natural healing and detoxifying can occur.

Detox Programs Do They Work? – Part 4

Welcome to the continuation of our 7 part information series. How to Detoxify Your Body.

Part 4

Think about your digestive system…

Your Colon, Just Part of Your Digestive System
Your Colon, Just Part of Your Digestive System

Indigestion, constipation and bloating seem to be prevalent these days.  It’s a fact that our digestive tract is the first part of our system to be subjected to toxins in water and food. If constipation slows the movement of wastes then your body is subjected to concentrated toxins for a longer period of time. This is obviously something to avoid and a good reason to use those 7 day detox plans. Detoxifying your body is not about starving yourself, it’s about nourishing and cleansing.

Foods like fresh fruit and vegetables cereals, grains, seeds and nuts are high in fiber which helps speed the movement of waste through your digestive tract.

Probiotics are another way to aid your digestive process. There is no doubt there is a war going on in your digestive tract. We all have good microbes (intestinal flora) residing within us, but there are bad ones as well. Disease-causing bugs in the intestine must compete with the “good” microbes.
What we need is an effective way to not only help keep the balance, but to actually let the good flora win. You need more good bacteria to allow your immune system, which is your body’s defense mechanism, to fight against the millions of bacteria and toxins you consume each day. Probiotics are vital for proper digestion of fats and proteins, synthesizing of vitamin K, vital for the prevention of osteoporosis and many of our B vitamins, plus they detoxify the intestinal tract and reduce cancer risks.

Pure water is also an essential part of detoxifying your digestive system, proper hydration allows more efficient elimination of waste so ensure you drink 8-10 glasses of purified water each day.

Detox Programs Do They Work? – Part 1

Do I believe in a miracle 7 day detox?

The short answer is No.

Ask me if I believe if a 7 day detox program can kick start your body detoxification program and I’ll say definitely, Yes.

Would I recommend using detox products? Yes.

Why?  Firstly it means you’re thinking about your health.

Secondly, a 7 day detox (or a colon cleansing) plan can help set you on a path to remove toxic build-up from your colon.

It’s a start, but it’s not the end of the story, really only the beginning.

When you think about detoxifying there is a lot more to consider than just your colon (though that’s a very important organ to cleanse). It’s all about how you live your life.

While our bodily organs are intended to filter out toxins (and do so constantly in our breath, sweat, urine and faeces), we are now subject to a level of toxicity with which we aren’t genetically designed to cope.

We live in an era of unprecedented toxic bombardment.  Never before in the history of life on earth have we been subject to so many chemicals in our environment.

The fact is that the World Health Organization released a statement that cancer will overtake heart disease as the number one global health killer by 2010. Of course there any many factors which cause cancer but it’s surely hard to argue that a leading cause is toxic chemicals, whether from smoking, pesticides, or industrial or household chemicals.

This is part 1 of an 7  part series dealing with how to recognize and deal with toxins.

Think about breathing…

Air Pollution
Our cities are so polluted we can actually see what we’re breathing – not a good thing. Since it’s not possible to avoid airborne pollution the best you can do is to be aware of it and minimise your exposure. When in your car recycle the internal air to avoid breathing exhaust fumes from the traffic outside.

Household Chemicals
If you look under your kitchen sink I’m sure you’ll find chemical sprays of some kind. Glass cleaner, oven cleaner, bench sprays, insect sprays.  Be aware and buy the “friendliest” products you can find and exercise caution when using them. Never inhale the “over-drift” of household sprays or get them on your skin.

Use friendly alternatives like steam cleaning, as it simply uses water. Microfiber cloths which “grab” onto dirt are very useful. Dedicate separate colored cloths for bathrooms and kitchens to prevent cross contamination.

Household Pesticides

Got weeds? Don’t automatically reach for the pesticide spray. You may kill more than the weeds. Try removing them by hand or using the right garden tools to pull them out. Use a mulch to thickly cover the bare soil in your garden to prevent weeds and retain water. Remove any dead foliage to minimize any fungal growth. Got bugs in your vegetable patch? If you have used spray in the past you may have upset your garden’s natural balance. Time is needed to restore it. Use physical barriers like netting and mesh to keep bugs off fruit.

Got spiders and other bugs inside your home? No need to spray! Get screens for your doors and windows. Use your vacuum cleaner hose to suck up spiders and their webs and other bugs inside your home.

Other Household Pollution
Paint, carpets, furniture and other furnishing and building materials all produce “off gases” which cause indoor pollution. Don’t forget dust. Dust is mostly dead skin cells and can be a source of viruses and bacteria. This type of pollution can be counteracted by proper ventilation and air purifiers.

Mould (Mold)
Any mould in your home is a serious, even dangerous, pollutant. Any leaks or overflows must be attended to immediately and the area dried out quickly. Kill existing mould with great smelling natural methods like tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil or citrus oil. Proper ventilation is a must to prevent mould growth. Exhaust fans in bathrooms and kitchens are a simple way to remove moist air. Leave them on for at least 10 minutes after a shower. If you live in a warm humid area use ceiling fans to get air moving and ceiling vents to draw air though rooms. It’s cooling too.

Smoking
What can I say?  If you don’t know by now that smoking is extremely bad for your health you must have been living in a cave. Simply don’t smoke and avoid breathing “secondhand” smoke.

Anti Cancer – A New Way of Life – Brief Update

I’m still reading Dr David Servan-Schreiber’s book “Anti Cancer – a new way of life”.  Because of his medical/research background this book not only presents scientifically valid statistics and reasoning behind his words, he also provides interesting, and understandable, commentary on the reasons why our generation is more commonly being afflicted with cancers.

For example, the immense increase in the production of synthetic chemicals from 1 million tons in 1930 to 200 million tons today.

The purpose of Dr Servan-Schreiber’s book is not to scare you, but to reassure you that it’s possible to do things to protect yourself.  He provides tables which summarize, e.g. which foods to limit/reduce and which foods to eat instead.

I have covered many of the principles of nourishing your body at a cellular level and avoiding toxins in my Cell Rejuvenation SeriesLook it up and read this 10 part series when you get the chance.  I suggest you bookmark it so you can easily return.

Anti Cancer – A New Way Of Life – Part 2 – Inflammation The Enemy Within

In his book “Anti Cancer – A New Way Of Life” Dr David Servan-Schreiber discusses how inflammation is our enemy.

Inflammation in our bodies is a reaction to some sort of damage to our cells, through some sort of shock or physical trauma like, burns, cuts, infections by viruses or bacteria, even rubbing and chafing.

Inflammation is described as:-

it’s red, it’s swollen, it’s warm and it’s painful.

Our immune systems react to inflammation to heal our bodies in ways far too technical for me to understand fully or describe.  The problem is that apparently there is also another face to our immune response to inflammation – it can work against us by over-reacting and being diverted to promote cancerous growths.

There are distinct links between certain types of cancers and inflammation. For example:-

Cervical cancer – papilloma virus

Liver cancer – Hepatitis virus

Dr Servan-Schreiber’s book obviously gives much more information.

In short, inflammation has a key role in promoting cancer and we should do all we can to avoid it.

So how can we avoid and reduce inflammation in our bodies?

By eating the right foods, managing our stress levels, getting regular exercise and trying to remove toxins from our environment.

I can recommend the following to assist you in reducing the inflammation in your body:-
